Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TODO: Firmenname mit Rechtsformzusatz (oder Vor-/Nachname bei Einzelunternehmen), TODO: Straße Hausnummer, TODOTODO: Ort, e-mail: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Early lapse of the right of withdrawal for digital content
Your right of withdrawal lapses early if we have begun the performance of the contract (i.e. the activation of your licence) after you have:
- expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- acknowledged at the same time that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
This consent is obtained expressly and separately at checkout (not pre-ticked).

Confirmation of receipt: After submitting, you will receive a reference number and the server-side timestamp on the confirmation page — please keep both as proof. If you provide an e-mail address, we will also send you a confirmation by e-mail (§ 356a(3) German Civil Code). Providing an address is voluntary; without it your withdrawal is equally valid, but the confirmation page will be your only proof.
